Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Detroit Detroit Brand, our products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Time: 7–10 business days after processing.
• Estimated Total Delivery: 8–13 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or fulfillment delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, color preferences, or changes of mind. Please review our size charts before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Once reviewed, we’ll provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders already in production cannot be canceled.
